'We can push back': Quincy councilors bristle at state mandate for more housing

The state is saying that we have a mandate for this, that we have to say yes to these things. We can push back and say, ‘Wait. Until the T fixes the problems that it has, and the commuter rail and the MBTA starts working, we shouldn’t be pushed to actually say yes to any of these things.
