To all our friends, neighbors, and supporters,
Together, we’ve opened a new chapter for Quincy. Your voices and votes made this possible, and I couldn’t be more grateful. Thank you to every volunteer who knocked on doors, every supporter who posted and shared, and every friend who rallied and believed. You made this happen.
Last night, six candidates for change were elected, defeating incumbents. Five of them are women, and two are Asian. Our new Council is more representative of Quincy and closer to the community it serves. While it is not yet complete, this is a meaningful step forward and a sign of the progress we can achieve together.
This is not the finish line. It is the beginning of something bigger. With the Mayor now accountable to a Council you chose, we will push harder for the leadership our city deserves: fiscal responsibility, community-first planning, real openness, and results. I am honored to serve and ready to get to work.
Let’s shape the future of Quincy together.
